Pierre Fitzgibbon
President and Chief Executive Officer

Since July 2007.  More than twenty years in the areas of corporate strategy, financing as well as in mergers and acquisitions. He also gained extensive experience in the international arena as CEO of an investment fund and of a telecommunications company in Hong Kong.  Mr. Pierre Fitzgibbon holds degrees in finance and administration.

Serge Yelle, Ph.D.
Executive Vice President, Operations

Since January 2002. Prior to joining Atrium Innovations, Dr. Yelle was General Manager of the Fonds d'investissement bioalimentaire, s.e.c., part of the Fonds de solidarité des travailleurs du Quebec (F.T.Q.). He was also General Manager of a research centre at Laval University, where he started his career as a professor in plant biology.

Mario Paradis, CA
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Since April 2008. He worked for 11 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he successively held positions in audit, tax and finally in certification as Senior Director. For the last 9 years, he held positions with different levels of responsibilities at Æterna Zentaris as Director of Finance and Vice President, Finance and Administration, Corporate Secretary and Senior Vice President, Administration and Legal Affairs.

Manon Deslauriers
Vice President, Legal and Corporate Affairs

Since March 2001. Ms. Deslauriers was in-house counsel with Société générale de financement du Québec and SGF Soquia Inc. and Secretary of the latter, from 1997 to 2001. Ms. Deslauriers has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 1990.

Jocelyn Harvey, CA
Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions

Jocelyn Harvey joined Atrium in September 2000. Previously, Mr. Harvey held several positions at Société générale de financement du Québec and SGF Soquia Inc. over a period of nine years where he acted as Director of Operations and Responsible for Investments. He possesses over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, as well as in the domain of company mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of the Quebec Order of Chartered Accountants.
